Very good stay.

Excellent value for money. Very well located, very close to the Plaza de Armas, the main square of Cusco. The staff's treatment was very cordial. The breakfast, while not very varied, has everything necessary to satisfy. I took a tour that left very early and they provided me with a box for breakfast (you need to request it the day before). The room was adequate, with good hot water. There are stations with thermoses of hot water where you can serve yourself coca tea, very necessary to compensate for altitude sickness, as well as other flavors throughout the day. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Today I had a quite unpleasant experience at this hotel with the person at the front desk. To provide context, I had a briefing scheduled at said hotel which, apparently, was a name error and it was not the correct hotel. From the moment I arrived, the person already seemed unpleasant; however, I did not pay much attention to it since I was coming directly to do my work. In the lobby area, there is no signal, so I asked her if she could please share her Wi-Fi with me (to send a message to my team). She responded in a rude manner that I thought was a joke, but in the end, she shared it with me. I did not use my cell phone anymore and proceeded to wait while reading my book. When they started calling to inform me about the error (which was not my fault) and that I was at the wrong hotel, I asked the lady if there was another hotel with the same or similar name, to which she responded already reluctantly. Upon confirming that it was indeed a different hotel, I apologized for the inconvenience. I do not know if this person heard me or not, but she started yelling things at me (just when I was about to leave) like a coward. I understand that there is a lot of distrust due to various situations that can occur day to day; however, so as not to leave in an incorrect manner, I approached to consult and apologize. Nevertheless, this person started yelling things at me, mainly about her Wi-Fi, in front of guests. For that reason, I recorded the lady due to all the helplessness I felt at the moment. There was an error, yes, and it can happen to anyone, but I am a person who deserves respect just like anyone who enters this establishment. At no time did I speak to her in a rude manner or disrespect her, and this complaint is so that service providers, colleagues, and clients are careful with this hotel and mainly with this person who, as indicated in the video, does not care if they record her or not. She believes she can treat people however she pleases. I really left this hotel hurt by such poor treatment that came from an adult woman, just like me. I do not know if this lady is the owner or just another worker, but I believe we all deserve respect!
I hope this hotel can reflect and take these acts into account, as I have checked that it has previously had problems with the same thing in customer service.
(The platform does not let me share the video, but I am attaching photos of the person and the error, which was not mine since I had that hotel name).

A cozy place

The Hotel exceeded my expectations! It is beautifully decorated, with details that give much warmth to all environments. We always bathe with very hot water and the hotel staff very friendly and very predisposed to help in everything. There is a large room for breakfast. Pretty full breakfast. Very good location, 4 blocks from Plaza de Armas

Hotel to consider in Cusco

Hotel prolijo, clean, located 3 blocks from Pza Armas, acceptable breakfast, very comfortable bed, good shower, TV cabke. It does not have AA, but in Setbre it was not necessary. If it can be classified as a contrary review, the room was somewhat noisy because of the guest passage

Very good location
