Cozy, clean and great location
This is a fantastic hotel. It’s small, boutique and feels like you’re part of the family. The staff is exceptional and take good care of their guests and explain all safety measures regarding altitude.
The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and when we left early for tours they packed us a lunch bag. The location is very good just a few minutes away from the plaza. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Cusco! Highly recommend!

The best place in Cuzco to stay.
It was a great hotel. It started already the moment we came in.
We got thea and an explanation about our room. All rooms bear names and have a positive message that goes along with it.
When the person who introduces you to the hotel looks so immense pride, you know that the hotel is just the right place to stay.
The breakfast was good and abundent.
The room was clean, like the nice and roomy bathroom.
In our case they helped to transport a gift to another hotel after we had left as a curtecy, and made our day. The joy that the personnel expresses says everything about this nice hotel, which is also in a great location, near the central Placa.

Workers doesn’t solve problems. Securities guys are great and give you service with smile and care.

Very good hotel with fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Location very pleasant and it is quiet. A special mention to Aida and the other people in the restaurant, they were always ready to help us (and practice Spanish with me!).

Just super!!!
It’s not the cheapest but it has what it takes to make your stay unforgettable. Clean and warm rooms, great service, breakfast that Aida makes delicious, front desk ready day and night to give you what you need. Don’t take the room close to the reception, it can be noisy. And don’t forget: San Blas is the best neighborhood in Cusco.! Special thanks to Eylin!!!
