Excellent service
The staff was extremely accommodating with our group. Willing to change ours of breakfast and also arranged several private taxi services for us. Would recommend strongly. The rooms themselves are basic but clean and any issues we had with them were promptly fixed

Robbery in room
Theft of article from my daughter who stayed on school cultural trip. When I wanted to leave the corresponding claim the administrator does not listen, interrupts every moment, I had to raise my voice and ask her not to interrupt so that I can tell what happened, I barely managed to end up putting my hands on fire for her staff, dismissing the claim of theft; she zero empathy, zero treatment to the customer, proposed to me to send the cameras of the moment that I thought it was immediately after breakfast that her article disappeared but I did not understand that I told her that the last time seen the stolen item was before breakfast, so it could have been during the day, not immediately after and the safest at the time of the cleaning (half day) very sure of itself wanted to show me that the staff did not leave with anything in hand in cameras (as if even knowing that there are cameras, the staff would leave showing what he stole in hands). She also said that she had never had a claim about theft at the hotel, at this point I knew it was a lie because it happened to another guest who the day before had already complained about the same thing, then very upset in tone of accusation told me that in the room they had to send a staff to fix the curtains that had shed the guests, which gave me understanding that I had no idea which room I was complaining about, I asked her if she knew the room number in claim and indeed she meant another room since there was no incident of curtains here, nor did she apologize for the mistake and to this extent I gave up on this staff and this hotel, if that is the administrator that can be expected of the rest.

Good, Basic Accommodations and a Great Staff
On most medical missions the accommodations are nothing to write home about. In this case, our group spent six nights at Club Hotel in Cusco while conducting clinics in the surrounding region and it served us very well.
The hotel was basic but rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptional. From providing secure storage for our supplies and public space for group gatherings to preparing a buffet breakfast extra early each morning, they consistently served our needs with courtesy and a smile!
For our purposes the location was perfect, being one block from the church we were serving with. However, it is worth noting that the Historic District is a 10+ minute cab ride away, although that trip only costs $1.50.

Basic hotel
The hotel rates are considerably lower than hotels in the historic district but it is only a few minutes by taxi. The hotel staff is excellent and the rooms are clean. Good hotel for tourists traveling to Machu Picchu looking for value.

Excelente lugar!!
Me sentí muy cómodo. El lugar es super limpio, acogedor. La atención es muy buena, el personal es muy amigable. Cuenta con una piscina grande para pasar un buen rato. Es para ir en pareja o familia. Esta a 5 min de la plaza en auto y hay varios restaurantes cerca.
