Most wholesome hostel ever

The most amazing, wholesome hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so accommodating, helpful and kind. Beds were made fresh each morning. The hostel also had amazing hot showers which is a rarity in many hostels. Great facilities, including a cosy TV room, kitchen and dining area, they also had many chill out spots. The staff made the whole experience feel like my home away from home. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you so much to Javier, Marcelo and all the amazing team for looking after us so well.

Clean quiet rooms, and amazing customer service!

I stayed at Hospedaje Turistico Recoleta for about two weeks both before and after my trip to the Salkantay trail. The service has been fantastic with staff going above and beyond helping me receive a replacement debit card, as well as making last minute changes to help accomodate my last minute extention. The rooms are clean and quiet, and they offer a very solid breakfast from 7 to 10 am each morning. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. If you're planning on coming to Cusco please check out this awesome spot!

Cosy comfortable stay

Stayed here for 3 nights in a private room with bathroom. We really loved our stay, the hostel has a family home feel and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! Without a word of a lie, the shower in our room was the best we’ve had in 2 months of hostel stays. Clean, hot water and fabulous water pressure. The value for money was awesome, a 20 walk out of main town centres but for the price and good breakfast, we we’re really happy! Note you can hear a bit of street noise but that might be common in Cusco.
