More than excellent!
The stay was very good; I spent 3 days feeling very unwell with altitude sickness, but there was good service overall, the attention was outstanding, and even Esther, one of the girls from the buffet area, gave us some excellent recommendations on what we could visit.

the worst experience I've ever had
The room had an unpleasant smell of damp or drain. The noises at night were felt the steps and conversations of people when entering or leaving late at night.
