An excellent stay

It is an old hotel, but that is why its structure is good and you can not hear the other rooms. The room was as expected, and we were given a choice between two when we arrived. Your communication is fast and constant prior to your stay. In addition, the staff is excellent, we rescue Dany's work, he has exceptional treatment with guests. There was one day we had a mishap with the early morning staff in the incoordination of a tour, but Dany knew how to handle the hassle and made sure we were at ease. Breakfast was included and buffet and was fine. They have a cafe under the hotel which is beneficial for meals if they don't want to go out far. It's 20 minutes away. From the historic center and close to two well-known busy avenues. WiFi is excellent. What should be improved is that in the bathrooms our shower leaked and the bathroom door would have been alone. But other than that super good, we'd come back.

They stole from our room

They stole the whole equipment of my dad from the room. He is a photographer, they stole it while we went to have lunch. The room was clean when we arrived so that means at least one worker had been there. We went to the police. They didn't even offer to help us afterwards or to have any kindness. The next day they reminded us that we owed 5€ from the taxi the day before. The equipment that was stolen was valued in more than 6000€. Please don't go to this place.

Excellent experience

The Hotel is highly recommended. We visited last week, attention 100 points. Regarding the tours, the information is concrete and very clear. One of the best experiences we have had, very close to the Plaza de Armas.

Cozy and very clean

Very cozy, varied breakfast, snack if you leave early for a tour, 7 minutes from the main square, water and tea available all the time.
Very friendly staff, very clean, I recommend it 100%, because it is also very economical.
