Prime location right off of the central Plaza de Armas! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional and even gave us a snack bag the morning we checked out at 4:30am. Only downside was the discoteca/club across the street and the noise. The hotel gave us earplugs, but it wasn’t the quietest place to stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. First of all, it was in a great location. Maybe a two minute walk from the plaza that had so many options for dining and shopping.
The staff were extremely accommodating, and really kind. The property was clean, and provided a tea and coffee station, and it included breakfast. Although we didn’t eat breakfast due to us having excursions that left at 4:30 am, they asked us the night before if we wanted them to pack us a lunch to go. Lunch consisted of two sandwiches, granola bars, an orange and a large bottle of water. It was thoughtful.
We did use the laundry service and we paid $4 USD to have a load of laundry washed, dried and folded. We gave it to them in the morning, and they had it ready when we returned.
There is a ton of value with this property and I would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! However the location itself is very loud. For reference, my partner and I live on a very busy road in Harlem NY and it is noisy, but this type of noise was due to a bar right across the street. We were there on Cinco de Mayo and the bar was open and jumping until 6am. Additionally the WiFi in our room was non existant.
