Excellent stay at hotel LP Los Portales
I had a wonderful stay at Los Portales Hotel Cusco. Everything exceeded my expectations.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, recently renovated, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. On the day we had to leave very early for a tour, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us so we wouldn’t miss breakfast. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
Everything was perfectly organized, and our stay was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco and would happily stay here again.

A Beautiful Birthday Stay Filled with Warmth and Wonderful Memories
I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to mention Julio, who was so attentive and genuinely made me feel welcome. It was my birthday during my stay, and the whole team made it feel extra special. I truly appreciated all the little details and amazing service. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is amazing! Highly recommended
The hotel is very central to airport and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, parks and highly visited locations in Cusco. Our room was big, spacious and always clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Each day when we left for breakfast we came back to a clean room. Reasonable price to stay there and we had a great and comfortable 6 days stay. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you plan to explore Cusco

The room was spotless and had a lovely scent. It was a bit chilly on the day so the radiator in the room was a fantastic addition. Breakfast was delicious and the staff super attentive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

Although I stayed in August (winter), the room wasn't cold and an oil heater was provided.
The bedding was high quality, which was great.
There's a free tea corner in the common area.
You can use the water dispenser if you bring your own bottle.
The WiFi was excellent.
I enjoyed the free breakfast.
