5 Stars!

We loved our stay at Palacio del Inka. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Check in with Paola was easy and warm, she was so friendly, thank you, Paola! Lydia helped us arrange the spa without any stress, and Josvien stood out by helping with our bags and even remembering our last name, a small detail that shows the level of care.
The hotel itself is something special. Being surrounded by real Inca history gives the whole place a completely different feeling. Seeing the original Inca stonework throughout the property, including the 8-angle stone, makes you realize how unique this location really is. It doesn’t feel like just another hotel, it feels like you’re staying inside history.
We also did the wonderful hotel tour with Ruth, which was very informative. One of the most memorable moments was a performance by a man from Cusco dressed in traditional Inca attire, hearing the Peruvian instruments live was beautiful and a wonderful experience. After that, we did a pisco sour class with Rodrigo at the bar, which was a lot of fun and we end it up staying there for dinner and music.
Our room was beautifully decorated, with paintings, and very comfortable, and the balcony had amazing views. We really enjoyed spending time there. The spa was another highlight, very relaxing, and the massage was incredible. Thank you to Claudia, the attendant at the Spa, for being so helpful and making sure we had exactly what we needed.
Breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options.
Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with a genuinely wonderful staff. We left really happy with our stay and would absolutely come back.

Good stay but overpriced

We stayed one night here after coming from Valle Sagrado. The hotel itself is huge and felt very historical. We were a bit disappointed that we didn’t get to see the hotel alpaca , given we had checked in at around 3:30 pm and checked out early the next morning (7am). One of our rooms wasn’t ready at 3:30 pm but we were upgraded for both rooms (booking with Amex). The breakfast was excellent. Think for the property itself around 400-500$ is slightly overpriced, but we did get $150 spa credit from Amex. Hopefully if we return next time we can see the alpaca

Best Hotel Breakfast!

I’ve been to three different cities so far on my trip and this one has been my favorite! Airport pick up and drop off was prompt and seamless. Our driver, Arturo, was safe and gave us all the great spots to try! Samuel, Waldi and Walter from the concierge were exceptional. I will be back and will be staying here again.

No Regrets Booking at the Palacio Del Inka

We enjoyed everything about the Palacio Del Inka - food, beverages, rooms, spa and especially the service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. A special call out to Walter with the concierge and Daniel at the bar. There were many hotels to choose from but this one has a mix of Inka/Spanish history and modern conveniences. I highly recommend this hotel and will book again if back in Cuzco.

Very helpful concierge!

We had a really nice time here. The highlight for us was Daniel, the concierge, who was super helpful when Sky Airline changed our flight to the next day. It was a mess, and Daniel was incredibly helpful and kind.
