Beautiful little gem

This little gem was booked by our tour group. At first I was worried allowing someone to book my stay. This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They provide a nice free breakfast and the entire staff is great! Highly recommend

Beautiful place, terrible service

This hotel is beautiful and very modern- easily the nicest of the three hotels we had while in Peru. Nice shower and water pressure, big rooms. The view from the breakfast area is really pretty.
That said, the service was terrible. Upon arrival on a really rainy wet day, I slipped and fell down their wet granite steps. The handrail is discontinuous, so it’s difficult to not have a one or two steps where you’re not holding on. Not a big deal- I was very bruised and sore but nothing major. However, the hotel staff just stood there, made no attempt to check if I was ok or anything.
The real problem with the hotel was ants. We had ants in our room (103). We left the hotel for two nights to visit macchu pichu, and they stored our luggage for us. When we returned, our luggage was overrun with ants. Also we were assigned new rooms, and now my sister was in 103. She had the same ant problem. Our new room seemed ok until our infested luggage was unpacked. We complained and they sprayed the rooms while we were out for the day. We came back to an overwhelming chemical smell, and asked if they had a fan we could use. The young woman working the counter said they had no fans but we could borrow their shop vac. We used it to suck the dead and live ants out as much as possible. She had us use it to move air through the room too- then came back in a few minutes to say there were complaints about the noise and took the vacuum away. Super annoying.
One of the other rooms in our group had no hot water in their shower one day, but after complaining, it was fixed.
Also, breakfast opens at 630 and if you go up to the breakfast room before that you will be chased out.
So overall, the hotel is really nicely designed, but the staff is not helpful or accommodating in any way.

A few days at Cisco

We stayed a few days as a starting point for excursions in the area! Everything perfect: courteous staff, clean rooms and good and genuine breakfast! Absolutely recommended. They made us feel at home!

Great stay!

Great place to stay in San Blas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was here for about 17 days and they are just great customer service people. Good breakfast. Quiet location. Walkable to everything in old town. Hot powerful showers. An excellent stay.

An unforgettable stay in San Blas, Cusco

We spent a few days at this hotel and the experience was really positive. The place is cozy, well maintained and located in the charming neighborhood of San Blas, one of the most picturesque and authentic areas of Cusco, ideal for walking and discovering charming corners.
The staff is very friendly, always willing to help with a smile and making us feel at home from the start. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast, varied and abundant, was the best way to start our exploration days.
The only small downside was the internet connection, which in our room was not very stable. However, this detail did not dampen the overall experience, which was excellent.
We definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy Cusco in comfort and surrounded by the unique charm of San Blas.
