Clean, Comfy, and Quiet!! A great spot!

A friend and I stayed at Tucan twice for a total of 4 nights during our travels around Cusco and the Sacred Valley. I loved this place! It was quiet, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. It was clean and the beds were comfy. I will plan to stay there again on my next trip!

So warm and welcoming

So warm and welcoming that when you look out your little window onto the little grassy patch right outside, which overlooks all of Cusco, the little grey cat on the rooftop across from you will look at you like it wants to come snuggle up inside your room with you :)

Nice and relaxing hostel

Welcoming experience at the reception. Nice and relaxing hostel. Helped very well by Luis, he had some good tips on food in Cusco as well about the upcoming festival inti raymi. Good laundry service. No bar, definitely would have likes that. There was a kitchen you could use but we didn't.

Overbooked and did not give nice alternative

We booked a week in advance and they cancelled our stay on the day we should arrive because they were overbooked. Which is strange because we had contact with them during the morning and they confirmed our stay. They offered us an alternative hostel which seemed less nice. We were really unhappy and would not recommend staying here. They do not care about their customers.

Wonderful hostel!

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely hostel! The location is great and the rooms are so nice and comfortable. The best part, though, is the amazing staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
