The staff are nice. The apartment need an additional heater to the second room and new pillows. Shops and tourist attractions are nearby.

Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away.
The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table.
The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it
Would highly recommend!

Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it.

Check in was a bit confusing as the girl answered the door didn’t seem to be expecting us, she later explained there was some mixed up. The situation quickly improved once we met the owner Milagros, she’s attentive and communicated well with us in English. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and she got the lock problem resolved quickly. She even got up at 5:30am on our departure day to help with our luggages. There is no elevator now but Milagros said she’s putting one in and should be available next year. Overall a good stay, nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment, good for us traveling with 2 adult children.
