External noises
There was no hot water pressure, only a water tap. The room was on the 5th floor. The reception is on the 3rd floor, only steps. If someone wants to rest, it is not recommended. The noise of all the cars, trucks, motorcycles is infernal, I don't know. You can sleep if you have the opportunity, look for another place!

Hotel bueno con cuartos presentables pequeños algunos otros normal . Detalles por mejorar.
Hotel bueno las camas limpias, cuarto individual amplio cama 2 plazas, el familiar 2 camas de 2 plazas un poco pequeño estuve 4 días. Esta a 12 cdras de la plaza de Armas. Y a 6 del mercado principal de Huancayo. Tiene cochera para 2 autos uno tras de otro y pero hay otra a 2 cdras.
Lo desfavorable por mejorar
no hacen servicio de limpieza del cuarto cada día salvo que reclames con el dueño. Solo el 3er día porque reclame me hicieron limpieza del cuarto.
El Agua caliente cosa que no te dicen debes avisar para que dejen la terma prendida toda la noche sino o no hay agua caliente o se acaba porque la therma es solar. Solo 1er y último día porque reclame y avise salía temprano hubo agua caliente, los demás días 9am ya no había agua caliente.
El cuarto individual la ducha no tenía cortina separación ni con muro con el lavadero y baño se mojaba todo.
Los baños le faltaba jabonera y un colgador para la toalla.
Si se llena la cochera debes ir 2cdras mas allá y si es fiestas mejor separar cochera puede llenarse.
La puerta está cerrada con llave y sino esta el señor de recepción porque se fue a ver la cochera a 2 dras no puedes salir osea en caso de una emergencia un peligro si el señor se duerme porque trabaja 24 horas.El es el que cobra, portero, revisa agua caliente, habré el garage. Hace todo ahí menos limpieza.
La mayoría de cuartos a partir piso 3,no hay ascensor.
No brindan desayuno pero mercado esta como a 6 cdras.
De ahí todo bien.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo.
Habitaciones estandar con buena distribución y tamaño, su personal es atento y siempre presto a dar el mejor servicio. Agua caliente, TV cable y Wifi son parte de su oferta, además de su servicio de limpieza diario y puntual.
