Very good

Good hotel, I came in the low season with my family and it turned out to be a 3-star option, comfortable, quite central, 3 blocks from the central square of Huaraz, clean. They accepted our admission with our kitten. Breakfast included. And there is an elevator in case you come with a lot of suitcases or are very tired.

Lousy, not worth it.

Lousy attention, we were given a family room (a two-seater bed and a one-and-a-half-seater) without towels, without mirror, the shower had no light, there were no local TV channels, the toilet totally spoiled: the water passed, it was not cleaned. We made the complaint about the toilet 3 times and the fourth time they just fixed it. If you leave your car in the garage you must wait for everyone else to take it out before you can move yours, but if you want to leave early, it is impossible.

Not a bad option to stay while in Huaraz - try to find a room that is a bit quiet

The hotel is located near the plaza. Has an elevator. Smaller clean restaurant - breakfast was included. Lunch was very inexpensive and not bad at all. The biggest issue I experienced was dogs barking in the middle of the night. Sightseeing tours are arranged by this hotel - usually in smaller vans. (depending on the operator)

Clean and comfy

Stayed for a few days whilst in the area. Didn't see many other hotels in the town but was satisfied with this one.
Rooms were very clean with beds changed daily. Breakfast was juice, bread and omelette. Shower water was not always hot.

It looked good at first, then.....

After staying in some really aweful places in the Andes we had high hopes for this place. But after the first night, the room was never cleaned, the laundry we left with the front desk also never cleaned. You can do better somewhere else.
