The staff were fantastic and helpful with details for the city. The rooms were large and comfortable with water in fridges, TVs and good bathroom amenities - perfect for our short stay in Lima!

Location is great! Staffs are helpful, but limited in English.
Be careful of “stain policy!”
I got charged $7 for a towels. The used towels I dropped on the floor picked up 2 lines of dirt from the bathroom floor. Since the staff has limited English, I was not able to explain. I just paid and laughed it off.

Disgusting.

The room smelled damp. The carpet was disgusting and the shower had fungus everywhere. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Other than, they charge everything up to a fee if you soil the sheets with blood. I don't recommend it.

terrible stay at the hotel, staff was less than friendly, would not recommend, plus they have an issue with guests brining anyone over, so if you want to have a friend stop by or a family member visit they dont allow that. Very stupid

I did not like the service from the staff. They tried to charge me for cleaning the pillowcases because of a few stains. They harassed me for having a guest come visit me. When I checked out they had several staff try to intimidate me and I had to leave because of the harassment. Terrible hotel, they didn’t even have ice or a microwave. I will never stay again at allow hotels
