It gets the job done, but would not stay here again.
Pros: friendly staff, okay breakfast, good water pressure, snacks provided upon check-in
Cons: Old and small rooms, with negative sound insulation making the space feel less private. Price seemed a little high considering what we got. Location was less popping than elsewhere in Miraflores

We have a big group stay for one night in Lima. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful check us in at 2 am. We really like the place, only downside is that there is no elevator for the 2nd or 3rd floor.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Casa Porta is now under a new administration and has been totally remodeled to offer greater comfort and quality to our guests, while always maintaining the traditional essence of a Miraflores colonial house. Furthermore, we no longer have telephones in the rooms.
