Great experience

Great experience
The service was fantastic from start to finish
I was able to work a bit with the courtesy two hours in the business center while also enjoying a comfortable stay with my daughter. We had a few late nights and had to order room service which was really good! The breakfast was phenomenal as well and walking distance to Starbucks
All around fantastic experience and special kudos to all the staff in particular Luis Moran and Juan who were at the lobby. Always helpful and kind.

This hotel has had better days. It’s tired and more targeted at running conferences and conventions than caring for guests. It’s a pity because it’s perfectly located for doing business in San Isidro. My room was dusty and musky but that was probably my fault since I requested one on a low floor on arrival (I don’t like rooms on high floors in earthquake territory). The breakfast was adequate and plentiful.

Very good hotel & breakfast

Our room was great and so was the bed,it was extremely comfortable and cozy.Another great thing was the breakfast every morning,it had a great selection of foods.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Cancellations and no-shows will be charged an additional USD 7.68 to cover resort fees.
