Unfriendly hotel and bait prices

I booked accommodation for my girlfriend and her son for two nights. They gave us a price of 390 soles, which I paid. We were then charged an additional 35 soles upon returning to the hotel. Every time we go through reception there is a problem and an unforeseen expense. This is really unacceptable. Surely the front desk staff should be trained to give me the full amount in advance. Also, since we arrived, the unfriendly staff has bothered us and has bothered us, even wanting passport photos when we were already in the pool. It's like the staff are deliberately targeting us. I'm a foreign tourist. I regret coming. Finally, is the breakfast "included" bread with jam and coffee or tea? Really?

Met my expectations

Very cozy place, friendly the attention of receptionists, rooms
accommodating and clean, very good cleaning service
But what is to highlight is the pool and the great atmosphere that is created in the pool environment, with live music that gives it an added value
The waiter Renzo's service was very cordial and selfless (thank you very much Renzo)
In general terms I would return without hesitation.

Awfull, insecure and they didn't have my reservation. Fortunatelly I couldn't stay there. Please don't recomend this hotel it isn't 4 stars
