This was our first time in this hotel, as our go to was booked. We really enjoyed it & will be back. The staff is very friendly & the breakfast was good. We were leaving last night 7/22/2026 at 7:30 pm. We booked through the hotel & were about 15 minutes into the ride to the airport, when the front check in man called our cab driver & said my husband’s wallet was left on the chair. Our cab driver turned around & we went back to get it. At our other hotel we got our own cab & my husband would have been without a wallet. We will definitely be back. All of the staff was great. Mafer Grovas was very good.

Excelente experience, private and secure, staff very friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean AC available in rooms, this is a must if you travel to Peru during summer time, I will recommend it

Always the best Vila Santa , was my 4 times staying here and it won’t be the last that’s my favorite hotel close to everything , quiet place , clean and the staff are the best 🤗🤗

Liked, but location did not favor
Positive points:
- clean and organized hotel
- breakfast on site is delicious
- large and comfortable bed
- in the room has fridge and microwave
- has kitchen service until night, so you have the option to eat in the room if you arrive very tired and don't want to leave
- polite and attentive staff
Negative points:
- location, we spent a lot on uber, I see that there are other hotel options with better locazalicoes
- the boxes offered when the tours are done in the morning, I believe it could be more complete with more options, compared to other hotels that tbm offer this service.
