Nice experience

The hotel is super welcoming and the staff very attentive from the time you enter the hotel until you leave it.
The Pros:
Very attentive staff
Restaurant food is very rich
- prompt attention to any doubts / queries one has
They're flexible about food. My little girl doesn't eat seafood and they made her a chicken chaufa
-The staff is very aware of one and in the evenings they make you remember if you are going to dinner or not (this so that you do not run out of dinner by closing kitchen). More than 1 time they saved us!
The Contras:
-The hotel is full of cats and they go through the hotel including the terraces of the bungalows asking guests for food, which is a bit annoying
- The beach is very dirty, full of tree branches and sometimes even bottles or other trash
- Do not have lifeguards in the beach area or any security personnel
- Not a hotel suitable for disabled people or older adults as they have many stairs even to reach the pool
-They have very few games for young children

Experience

To be honest, the service leaves a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness, and the photos they post do not resemble reality. Their pool is pretty, but service counts for a lot.

Poor care

We wanted to have lunch with my partner and no one attended us, they took out their snot and did not attend us, they wondered among the managers if the restaurant worked and they saw us as if we knew the answer, but gave us anger and we went to the witch

The only bad thing is that there were strong waves that did not allow us to enjoy the sea, comfortable and clean rooms.

Very good service, recommended, very good place to enjoy as a couple, we enjoyed the lobster on the beach and very good gastronomy in general, Anita treated us very well as did all the staff.
The bathrooms are clean and comfortable, as is the very spacious room with a terrace.

Would not recommend - would not return.

Pros
Cleaning of the rooms
Staff attention is good, friendly.
Cons
Price-quality of accommodation is not correct, the price is high for what they offer.
The food is not tasty, the price is high for the portion of protein and its quality.
The alcoholic drinks are not good, the price is high and the quality is medium-low.
The mattress was hard and the shower door hinge was loose, taking into account that being glass is dangerous.
The pool is not cleaned every day, which must be done because bugs fall into it.
You live with nature, however, there is no recycling area or adequate spaces for it.
