I love Beach House

Best of Mancora. Clean, very family atmosphere, friendly, very comfortable facilities. Food uff delicious. It's the third time I've been and I'd go again.

The food is not like before

Hello everyone,
After a long time we returned to the Hotel, this time only for lunch, and the dish that I always asked for "Thai Rice with Prawns and Pineapple", unfortunately left a lot to be desired to be honest and I say it as a lot of shame and constructive criticism (what the owners don't kill me). The appetizer we ordered, “Tequeños con Langostinos,” seemed fried with stored oil, you could feel the flavor, another shame, and my wife's Meniere fish, very delicious and you can't lose with the Cherela; However, the golden potatoes also have the flavor of the oil kept buuu.
What was redeemable was the great attention of Mozo Milton at all times, a crack 10 points, I congratulate them on their staff. The facilities and view are beautiful as always.

Could be great- won’t take much to fix

This should be a 5 star reviews but they have to sort a couple of things out .
Hotel is great, cool spot, nice staff who were very helpful and food very good (apart from breakfast).
Wifi is slow and patchy at best it needs an upgrade.
Breakfast really should be better - eggs and bread, small fruit salad, that’s it : no granola/ yogurt or whatever option despite me asking.
Also unacceptable not to get drinking water either in the room or with breakfast - i had to buy bottle water to have a glass with my breakfast ! How hard can it be to have a water fountain or similar in the area ?
Otherwise a nice spot and reasonably priced

Week at the beach

We had a good time during our week at the Casa De Playa. We stayed in a family room that overlooked the pool and the beach. We appreciated how Tati and her staff worked to accommodate us, even though we didn’t speak Spanish. They arranged our airport transport and made it a very easy trip. We particularly enjoyed watching a movie on a big screen on the beach one night. Our room, the pool, the restaurant, and the beach in front of the hotel were beautiful. We were disappointed with the town of Mancora. It was dirty - not nearly as nice as the hotel.

Beautiful friendly hotel

We discovered this hotel walking along the beach and fell in love with it's concrete beach huts on the beach. Really beautiful and stylish. We fell a bit in love with it and extended our stay. It's on a beautiful bit of coastline. Surprisingly good restaurant (delicious ceviche, pasta, mojitos!) and lovely team who helped us lots. nice pool but sea was also perfect warm. Beautiful walks and sunsets.
