A great stay in Arequipa

Casa de Avila was wonderful! The hospitality was amazing - the staff were friendly and quickly accommodated any needs or requests. Breakfasts included fresh fruit, juices, eggs however you want them cooked, and other hot and cold dishes. Located just a few blocks from the Cathedral, the environment at Casa de Avila itself was relaxing with a lovely garden to enjoy. I would recommend Casa de Avila for a stay in Arequipa.

The hotel is cozy, with very good service. Very good location. Highly recommended for any type of travelers without children.

Very cold room temperature!

The room we are in is freezing, when asked for heater they wanted to come and see the room temperature. They probably didn’t find it cold enough and their answer was that providing us a heater is not possible.
And as Canadians we know what cold is!
The room temperature is below acceptably cold!
