Very nice stay at Tumy House. They didn’t have the room prepared when we arrived, but they prepared it pretty fast. The breakfast, individually ordered, was great!
Tumy House is very close to the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Ollantaytambo. A huge number of restaurants, street food vendors and a few grocery stores within a few minutes walk.

We enjoyed our stay. Lovely family run hotel. Beds were comfortable with nice duvets, shower had lots of hot water and towels were large. It is located on a quiet steet in a friendly neighborhood with lots of nearby places to eat. Close to the central plaza and a local market. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Owner was very helpful in finding us a guide for Machu Picchu. Food and service good. A little noisy outside at night.

One Night Stay.
We read other reviews and like some we could not fault this lovely place, we did not have to pay deposit, only when arriving, There were four of us and Juan could not have been more helpful, situated only two minutes or so from the main plaza, where you can get bus back to Cuzco or from Cuzco, depending on when you are travelling, During Winter season train runs from this town and not from Peroy Station in Cuzco.
This is a B&B, we were offered Toast, Eggs Scrambled or fried and tea or coffee, plus juice, would highly recommend this place to other travelers. Thank you Juan for a wonderful stay.

Disappointing Stay
Based on the reviews for this B&B, I had high hopes for our stay. I was disappointed. Initially, Juan was very responsive to my emails. To confirm our stay, he required a Paypal payment equal to our first night's stay. As our stay approached, however, he failed to respond to one week's worth of emails. I ended up having to call him and eventually was able to reach him via Whatsapp.
The room itself was fine/as expected. There were some ants on the wall near the bed, but they mostly left us alone. However, we had water issues. On at least one day, there was no water in the bathroom in the afternoon. Similarly, there was no water in the bathroom after 11:00 p.m. On the afternoon occasion, Juan's mother graciously toted 2 five gallon buckets of hot water up to our room so we could take a bucket bath. It was explained that this was a city-wide issue. If so, it would have been nice to have received advance notice of this possibility.
Breakfast was extremely basic. Choice of 1: eggs, toast, or 2 pancakes. No coffee was visible or offered. Although there was a carafe of hot water on the table, I only saw a container of instant hot chocolate to go with it. On our last day, no one was present in the kitchen/downstairs to cook breakfast.
Juan told us that we could print out our boarding passes, but he was out of town on the morning that we checked out. Furthermore, at checkout, Juan failed to credit us for the first night's deposit that we had paid several months previously. His Mom had to get him on the telephone, and we had to provide proof of when we made the Paypal payment. Incredibly, he then assessed us the fee that Paypal charged him for the deposit that he required us to pay!
The B&B is conveniently located a few blocks away from the central plaza. However, I would look elsewhere next time. Furthermore, if going to Machu Piccu, I would stage from Aguas Caliente, rather than Ollantaytabo.

how to offer something if people look at you as weird are not communicative, but they only went down for breakfast 1 or 2 people at breakfast were offered fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancake, toast and the rest is put on the table as coffee , tea, kill, butter, jam and hot water thermos.
In the town there was no water because it burst the town's water pipes and they do not communicate to you ah if we could not even notify the hotel passengers. it is more ruined white towels with blood and that nobody paid.
