Poor Staff Care

I could not make a reservation simply for a reason, the reception and call was bad, that changed my option to book at that hotel, they only indicated to check and there was no clear explanation

Atención a Mejorar.

La estadía es muy cómoda pero no todo el personal está preparado para una buena atención dando información errada de los servicios lo cual te sorprende y malogra la experiencia, nunca me pude conectar al WiFi. Si tienes un problema después del horario de oficina no hay con quien comunicarse a reclamar, debes esperar a las 8 am del día siguiente.

De tres estrellas no tiene nada

El Inter comunicador no funciona. La bañera no tiene tapón, no hay secadora de cabello, no cuentan con agua caliente y lo peor de todo es que no cuentan con servicios básicos, pedimos agua caliente porque supuestamente tienen cocina y dicen que está cerrada. La puerta a la habitación en mal estado. Los accesorios del baño oxidados

No vale el precio

Un hotel de 130sole que no vale nada
1.las sabanas si planchar e errolladas en la cama yo estuve que hacer la cama muy mal hecha
2.las toallas del banho muy pequeñas e todas rasgadas de vieja
3.la agua caliete estuve esperando mas de 40 minutos por la agua e no salio caliete me sali sin duchar me
NO RECOMENDO A NADIE MUY CARO CON MUY POCAS CONDICIONES

Mala experiencia

El hotel tiene buena fachada. Pero los cuartos no son los ideales. No ponen las cosas básicas que debería tener un hotel (papel higiénico, shampoo), ante la consulta del si “venía con esos implementos, los de recepción atinan a decir que no está incluido en la tarifa. Además el personal de limpieza empiezan a hacer ruidos a muy tempranas horas de la mañana, escuchándose gritos, sonidos molestos. Etc
