Excellent service
Excellent room and everything very comfortable, the service was 10 out of 10, everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Jose Trinidad for his assistance at check-out and with activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, very helpful overall, an excellent stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Andina in Paracas. The staff and service were truly amazing—everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. I was also thoroughly impressed with the food at the restaurant; everything was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Compliments to the chefs for an outstanding dining experience.
I also enjoyed a massage during my stay, and Dayanisa did an amazing job—relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel I would absolutely recommend. I would happily stay here again.

Very good family hotel.
I stayed with my family (16 people in total: 6 children and 10 adults from June 26 to 30 taking advantage of the long holiday. It is a hotel that feels very family-oriented, and the best part is the warmth and treatment of the staff. Very good service, all the Reception staff are always attentive to answer your questions, the Restaurant and Bar staff are also excellent, and the Activities team is very enthusiastic and warm, especially Gianella, Joseph, and José María. Also, a great idea is the pizzas in the pool area, which are very tasty.
The only suggestion would be to improve the preparation of the dishes in the Restaurant.

My experience
Our stay was excellent, and we enjoyed the experience very much. We want to especially highlight the attention of the staff, which made a difference during our visit.
Michael, the bellboy, has an incredible demeanor and was always willing to help with a smile. At the reception, we were attended by Fatima, who was super cheerful, kind, and welcoming from our arrival. We also want to mention Joseph, the lifeguard, who also supports with water sports; we did kayaking and paddleboarding with him, and he was very cordial, funny, and attentive at all times, making the experience even more fun and enjoyable.
As suggestions for improvement, it would be ideal to have a heated pool; we were told that they are already in the process of implementing it, which we think is excellent news. It would also be nice if the bonfire were held every day and not just on selected dates, as it creates a very special atmosphere at night. Finally, we recommend periodically checking that all the bathroom dispensers are fully stocked (shampoo, conditioner, etc.).
In general, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely return.

Exceptional service, clean and modern
The short stay as a solo provided everything I wanted. Staff superb, room clean and quiet, food and beverage fresh and as ordered. The pool and services of spa, gym were also clean and well managed. Highly recommend.
