Good hotel
Great bed , good wifi , parking 2 blocks away included , simple but ok breakfast , very clean place and good value for the rate we got, Piura was a 1 night stop over and this served us very well , staff very willing to help .. I would say that it is best to book ahead as it gets full

Neither bad nor spectacular....
I almost gave it three stars, would do 3.5 if I could.
The good: Decent room, clean, dependable, comfy bed. Located centrally. Nice showers, nice television.
The less than good: Teeny little room, especially if you plan on getting room service. Not sure if you're supposed to tell them when you're done with the food or what, but the food leftovers just sat there on the single desk in the room the entire time I was there. I only needed the room 6-7 hours waiting for a flight after a 18 hour bus ride, but still full day charge. My girlfriend spent some time with me in there, so an extra charge on top of that. Ended up being kind of an expensive 7 hours. Plus the front desk girl wasn't super polite about telling me that I'd be charged extra for my girlfriend as we went towards the room.
Overall: A little costly, for what I got, but that's what you get when you're staying in the 4th highest rated hotel in Piura I suppose. In the end I kind of wished that I had just stayed in a more expensive hotel that didn't charge for an extra person, instead of this teeny room.

Great value in a good location
Great location, right in center of Piura (4 blocks away from the main square). Very good value for what you get. Rooms are clean with great internet and spacious. There is a small office area with computers I the second floor. Buffet style breakfast, although limited, is good and always on time. Staff is friendly and attentive. They let me leave my bag until night time after I did my check out without any problem. Highly recommended.

Good Location
I highly recommend this hotel because It has everything you need for an stay in Piura: a central location, a modern building , reasonable price and a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. As of to date, my family has stayed in this hotel twice. We really appreciate that the hotel has accommodated all our needs. The main strengths of this hotel is that it is located downtown but thanks to its modern construction you do not feel the noise. Additionally, we really enjoy the nutritious breakfast and amenities. The staff makes you feel special. We couldn’t believe that the waiters remember our party after three years.
Thank you to all the staff! We will definitely will stay at Intiotel in our next visit to Piura.

Piura
Very clean room, air conditioning was fabulous, staff was excellent--very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend! They let us into our room early and were very accommodating about everything.
