Best Hotel in Piura I've found.

Great hotel, has a amazing sauna, and secure parking which is what you want in a city, amazing breakfast staff friendly and professional. What more do you want safe secure , gym sauna massage , secure parking great food. best hotel in Piura.

The hotel manager had the gall to sponsor a loud nocturnal event in the main courtyard of the hotel that faced the guest rooms above. Indeed, the loud sounds of the event penetrated the windows of ALL of the guest rooms facing the courtyard! I called the Reception around 2230 hrs., to complain only to be told that it “would end soon.” I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that prioritized an event with loud speakers over the needs of their guest to enjoy a quiet evening. I will never stay in this hotel again.

They let me stay with my service dog even though I don’t have any certification. Certificate are not required in the USA.

Room had a foul smell, I had paid for king size room. They tried to act like I hadn't, gave us a shittier room and tried to call it a suite.
Silly ness.
But property is pleasant and near center of town.

Payed for a king size suite, they gave us one that smelt like someone pooped the bed. When they changed us to another room we were told we were being upgraded. In reality they downgraded us to a queen size with bad pillows, but overall it's a good hotel with good breakfast
