Highly recommended

Small clean, cheap, central hotel with clean swimming pool, friendly staff, helpful, simple breakfast, good cheap lunch, my room was quiet, no noise, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, shower with cold and hot water, I was satisfied with cold water. I was there six nights and would, will return here again

lousy hotel

Terrible hotel, rooms lack cleaning, when you buy something they have money to give you change and you wait, spend 2 days your change you can forget, very little breakfast without choices, dirty cutlery.....

Basic, enough just to rest

If you have to stay in Pucallpa and do not want to spend too much, its ok. The locatiuon is close to the plaza de Armas, however, no restaurant is close by. the hotel has its own restaurant, it gives you breackfast; the other meals you will have to pay.

Nos quisieron cobrar más de lo pactado

Mala experiencia. No nos dieron la habitación solicitada porque ya la habían dado a otro huésped, al día siguiente recién nos ofrecieron el traspaso a esa habitación pero cobrandonos más de lo acordado, así que decidimos buscar otro hotel con similares características y nos salió 30% más barato en el Jhor Bush.

Descepcionante

Pésimo servicio, el hotel en general huele mal, tuvieron una descordinacion en sus reservas.
El desayuno nada bueno, considero que nisiquiera debería estar listado en Tripadvisor. No es una buena referencia para hospedarse. No volvería
