Hotel COCHINO, terrible service

My family and I came to kajaca Suite Hotel in Huacho with a lot of enthusiasm to have a pleasant time; however, the experience was totally disappointing.
Firstly, the service in the restaurant was poor. I requested the letter and the order took about an hour and a half to be answered. There was reportedly only one cook and one wench to cater for all guests. For a hotel that promotes itself as 4-star, this situation demonstrates a lack of planning and operational organization.
During the day I could also observe the indiscriminate sale of alcoholic beverages. Several guests ended up in an obvious drunken state, generating constant noise, setting speakers with loud music and disturbing the tranquility of the place. In reporting this situation to the administrator, she said she was “surprised”, which is difficult to believe, as the disorder was obvious and public.
The most serious incident occurred at the moment of rest. When I uncovered the bed I found hair on the sheets and bedcover, which raises serious doubts about compliance with cleaning and hygiene protocols. This situation completely filled my patience, as we are talking about basic standards in any hotel establishment.
Unfortunately, the experience was far from what is expected of a hotel in this category. What was supposed to be a pleasant family moment ended up turning into a bad experience - terrible service

Quiet but with many facilities

Although I might not have stayed at many places in Huacho. Kajaca is probably the best hotel around. It's big, but always quiet. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean. Breakfast is decent. Keep in mind that Kajaca is quite far away from the center of Huacho, but with a car or taxi available, that shouldn't be a problem.

Para 4 estrellas falta algunas cosas

Wifi no funciona, algunas actividades para distraerse, billar y Ping pong con costo, 5 soles por hora, gym gratuito, piscina mediana y tv muy pequeña en las habitaciones, con cable local. Desayuno básico y sin refrigerador en los cuartos.
