The best reception in Iquitos

Pablo and Lorraine, thanks for the spectacular service they provided us at Casa Kukama, made sure we had a real Amazonian experience, from the places we visited to the food we tasted. Grateful that you have so passionately and enthusiastically planned our activities, we receive quality care. We also highlight the attention of all the staff of Casa Kukama, always willing to solve our doubts and tell us the characteristic stories of Iquitos.

Beautiful location to stay in Iquitos

The place is surrounded by the river during the rainy season. It is 30 min ride from the airport. The owners can also pick you up from the airport for a small fee. Both Pablo and Lorena made my stay extremely comfortable. The place is clean. They are very conscious of their environmental footprint and maintaining and expanding the indigenous culture such as teaching children from the village the indigenous language, Kukama.
There is beautiful clear lake for swimming accessible by boat. Also, you can have authentic Peruvian meals at the Casa. I had delicious lunch prepared fresh by Lorena and the cook. It is a nice place to relax on a hammoc, and watch the fisherman coming home on their boats, and the birds chirping. The only downside is that there is no internet but you do not need internet when you are surrounded with beautiful nature all around.

Conexión total!!!

Espectacular!!!.Un lugar que permite conectar con la naturaleza. La tranquilidad al amanacer y anochecer es única, trato de hogar!!. A 20' de la ciudad, nos permitió controlar nuestros tiempos de tours sin problemas. TK kener y joel!!!!

Increíble!!

Fue una experiencia increíble!! Todo el equipo era muy amable y atento. El tour de la amazónica era una fantástica oportunidad de aprender más de la cultura Kukama y la región. El alojamiento era muy tranquilo con vistas preciosas, lo recomendaría para cualquier viaje a Iquitos

Retiro con amigos

Una muy bonita experiencia vivida en casa kukama, el lugar es perfecto para descansar solo o pasar wl rato con amigos. Mis amig@s de la carrera de turismo y yo la pasamos super, remando en la canoa, pescando, hicimos caminatas por el pueblo y la atención 10/10 siempre amables.
