Holidays in Laguna azul- Sauce

Good service and very comfortable, good option to go with the family and enjoy the pool and activities in the blue lagoon. Paddle, kayaking and boating for free.
Includes breakfast(buffet), spacious, comfortable rooms.
Food prices vary if you consume it in the restaurant/pool or on the lagoon terrace.

Good place to go as a family!

The hotel is very well located with direct access to the Blue Lagoon, friendly staff with good care. Includes buffet breakfast between 8.00am and 9.30am (basics: juice, fruit, yogurt, bread, scrambled or hard-boiled egg, banana, rice) , the menu is varied but prices vary if you consume it in the restaurant/pool or near the lagoon. It has a swimming pool and the rooms next to it. The spacious and comfortable room with air conditioning, frigobar, a small terrace at the entrance with a hammock.
Paddleboarding, kayaking and walking along the Blue Lagoon are free.

Attention can improve.

The attention at the Front desk can and should improve, Miss Carla is extremely rude and indifferent, just like her colleague. This being the first impression that the passenger receives, they should be more friendly to build customer loyalty.
The rooms lack a desk and chair. To work, you have to ask them to put one.
The safe works with a key and must be requested at reception. Since the lady did not arrive with the key, I went to the reception and found one of the ladies sitting, with her head resting on the desk, talking to Carla and when she saw me she got up to look for the key.
There is no hair dryer in the room, you have to ask for it at reception and return it immediately. They also don't put glasses, in case one needs to take medicine.
Breakfast is served on the second floor and if you request that it be delivered to your room, it has an additional cost.
The boat ride is highly recommended and the attention of Mrs. María Esther is very good, too. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms and other environments are very clean and the pool is excellent.
