Go for it!

Top hotel with a very generous and complete breakfast, very good quality wifi, and a caring manager who goes out of her way to make her guests happy. Unexpected in a small town like Sicuani. If like us, you are passing through, go for it!

Clean & Phenomenal Staff

After a long day on the road, we ended up in Sicuani. There aren't too many hotels in town and luckily when I called them at 2am they answered. Gloria met us at the front door, gave us a key to our room, and didn't even make us pay before we headed up to bed.
The bedroom was a bit small, but clean and we passed out for the night. The next morning Gloria made us a fresh breakfast of papaya juice, steak, and eggs. It was just what we needed before we started on our long day.
Gloria is an absolute saint. Not only did she coordinate our travel for that day, she walked the first few miles with us and helped us with our luggage. She wouldn't accept any money for all of her help. I don't know how else to repay her except to say thank you and if you happen to end up in Sicuani check out her hotel because she's absolutely amazing!

Muy buena experiencia, sobretodo un gran desayuno y una infraestructura nueva. Buen trato y amabilidad de la administradora. El descaso es placentero y agradable. Se tiene bebidas calientes durante todo el día.

Colazione ottima, variegata e abbondante.
La proprietaria molto disponibile per ogni esigenza.
Camera con vista mozzafiato.
Ottima posizione, a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la Plaza de Armas.

Hotel Koricancha Sicuani - Cusco

El día 15 de abril llegamos al hotel Koricancha a las 7:00 pm, mis tres hijos ( mi esposo, mis hijas de 5 años, y mi hijo de 13 años) la dueña nos atendió de una manera muy déspota,le solicitamos una habitación familiar, luego de verla le indicamos que nos íbamos a cenar y regresábamos ya que recién llegamos de un largo viaje, mis hijas usaron el baño de la habitación. Al regresar 8:30 pm la dueña sale del hotel muy molesta indicándonos que pensó que ya no íbamos a regresar y que ya había cerrado todo y que habíamos usado el papel higiénico del baño, a lo que le respondimos que si,porque ahí íbamos a dormir. Mi esposo le indico que si era tanta molestia le pagábamos el servicio del baño y la señora sin ninguna calidad de servicio ni delicadeza nos dijo que ya nos nos iba a atender y cerró la reja. Llamé al número del hotel para presentar mi reclamo pero lamentablemente quien contesto es el hijo y no dió mayor solución al pésimo servicio.
