Excelent!!

I stayed there with my boyfriend and it was such a great choice. Fair prices, the internet is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable and they treated us really nicely, very kind people. They even gave us tips and a itinerary for our tours around the city!!! I'm very glad we stayed there. Looking forward to going back

Its a great place to stay. Great location. Clean, comfortable and the owners are very nice. Totally recommend it!

One of the best values we've found!

Owners gave us a room for 12.5 soles each (dropped without much hesitation from 15 each). That still seemed on the high end, until we realized that it included good Internet, towel and toilet paper provided (need replacements or new sheets just ask, if they don't beat you to it), a nice-sized room and large bed, great service and the friendliest, most helpful staff anywhere (a husband and wife team). And the man is also a dentist, in case were putting off that $200 filling job and want to just get it out of the way for $10- as was actually the case for us.
Oh, and a rarity for Peruvian hostels... our room was actually DARK and peaceful when we turned out the lights at night.
Very highly recommended.

Pésima experiencia

Me hospede por una semana y si bien uno de los encargados era amable, la señora a cargo no lo era y me quiso cobrar más porque según ella los precios habían cambiado. Yo consulté dos semanas antes. 3 días no limpiaron ni dejaron toallas y el último día me fui a un cuarto privado que tenía muchas cucarachas que salían por las canaletas y espacios en la loza de las paredes. Tampoco quiso incluirnos el desayuno y algunos días no lo sirvió. Finalmente el transporte al aeropuerto tampoco lo dio ya que dijo que no era válido por el precio. Ojo que en el momento que reservé el hospedaje, decía q ambas cosas venían incluidas.
Lo que si es positivo, es que está muy bien ubicado y tiene cerca bares y restaurantes.

Pase una semana maravillosa con mi pareja en la ciudad de Tarapoto, sobre todo en el Hospedaje Samak Wasi, un lugar muy bonito y acogedor, sobre todo la amabilidad de su personal, un buen trato, y desde Cañete - Lima - Perú, envió un saludo muy especial y mi agradecimiento en nombre propio mío y de mi esposa, a la Dueña del Hospedaje Sra. Liliana Angulo; una bella persona muy amable, el cual te orienta cuales con los lugares turístico a visitar y el mismo hospedaje te brinda los servicios del tours a un buen precio muy cómodos. El hospedaje esta ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico a 3 cuadras de la plaza de armas de Tarapoto, sus habitaciones son muy comodas, cuenta con aire acondicionado, tv cable, wifi gratis, el desayuno te llevan a la habitación, muy buena atención y excelente trato. Recomiendo a todo los Turistas hospedarse en SAMAK WASI - TARAPOTO
