Great place

I had an excellent stay at Quilla ecologico inn The service was outstanding, and everything was clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Armando, the owner, who is an amazing person. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. His hospitality made us feel at home and made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Quilla ecologico inn to anyone visiting Cusco.”

Horrible! Run away!

To flee!! I made a reservation on Airbnb and barely arrived. The manager tried to defraud us by saying that he had no reservations in our name. After raising the tone, he bizarrely finally found it. In addition, breakfast was included in the booking and he also tried to tell us that it was not included. We finally had to do it ourselves every morning! They are thieves!! The staff is unpleasant, looks bad and is not at all at our Service!

I do not recommend

They included us in a full tour to Machu Picchu, so we did not choose it. First of all the wifi NEVER worked. No hot water came out in the shower, they said it was slow to warm up, but I waited several minutes and it never warmed up. The pieces isolate the noise very little. In fact during the morning the Inn staff shouted very loudly interrupting the rest brazenly. The shower had no curtain and we were not even left soap. Just shower towels, no hand towel. In short the place left enough to be desired, the slow and inattentive person. If you can go somewhere else please do it.

ABUSE OF AUTHORITY

Rooms well, staff attention well.
The owner of the hotel I suppose, is a very detestable person, since on one occasion I heard yelling and insulting his staff with rudeness, etc. (I heard everything, it was very unfair)
Which, I think, is always the same with all your workers.
This person doesn't deserve to be booked.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They made us feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend staying here!
