The staff were friendly and pleasant. Room was clean. It is a great place to stay as it is convenient and walking distance nearby to everything you need such the SM mall, drug store, fast food, Jeepny station etc.

Never again

I had to transfer to another hotel because I cannot sleep. The sheets were itchy, the leather foam cover of the bed needs to be replaced. the shower nozzle needs replacement. there is no wifi (but the front desk advised me that the wifi is slow. its not just slow, I couldnt connect at all!). and my data signal is poor! the Cable TV connection is also poor.
so after 1.5 hours of check in, I went down again and checked out! They are willing to give me another room but I told them, dont bother because I need a good internet connection.
I transferred to the nearby Savannah Hotel (I just rode a trike) and I had a great sleep!
I’m a frequent traveler to Clark so I tried many hotels there already. But this one is a NO.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offers great value for money, and its location is very convenient—close to various establishments, making it easy to dine out or run errands. However, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient as I needed a stable internet connection for work. Despite that, the experience was generally positive.

While everything went smoothly, at malaki ang nakuha kong room. the downside is walang wifi na mahagip sa room ko. Nagstay ako dun na nagrely lang sa data. Plus maingay yung room next to me so di din ako napahinga. Parang nagmomove ng mga gamit. Di din ako sure baka naman ibang nilalalang na yun.
