Decent.

Nice hotel. rooms large and clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and eager to help.
Hotel has been renovated to a good standard, couple of negatives, my email enquires were sometimes ignored, and the hotel has around 70 rooms but only two sun loungers where has the previous owners under the name the lewis grand had around 15 to 20 around a nice pool area.
Good location 10 mins away from walking street on foot.

Some items were not fresh at bfast buffet. Room service food was excellent 👌. Some technical problems with internet connection and room phones. There had only two tiny water bottles as complimentary per room. Must pay if requesting for more. Extremely strict with amount of individuals per hotel room. Extra blankets are not free either. Dont expect Holiday Inn treatment. If i stay here again it would be because Widuws is fully booked. Staff made it all worth it though 🙌 salamat po!

Staff service needs supervision by managemen (OJTs are not supported and supervised). Breakfast food quality needs improvement. Windows are not sound proof( noise from road too loud).

A 5-Star experience at the Madison Crown Hotel

This hotel was Magnificent! The rooms were excellent, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable.
The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful and always concerned that we were enjoying our stay. Marlon Mesina the assistant general manager was superb, always checking on us to make sure we had a great experience at the Madison Crown. Words alone cannot adequately describe the excellence of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bar, all striving to make our stay memorable.
This hotel was also in a wonderful location across the street from two excellent malls in this developing community. Our stay was a great value for the money we spent. This was a 5-star experience. When we return to the Philippines we always stay at the Madison Crown!

Property is beautiful, but staff is very poorly trained.
- Does not reply to emails
- Room was still not ready by 4:10pm
- Asked for copy of booking after received passports, which should be enough for them to lookup my details.
- Asked receptionist to arrange taxi service to airport, which they forgot. Almost missed our flight.
