The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was easily the highlight, with top notch traditional Filipino dishes that felt fresh, flavorful, and worth waking up for. The room and common areas were well kept, and everything felt comfortable throughout the stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was pretty unreliable at times. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and comfort, but the internet could definitely use improvement.

Worst Hotel i’ve ever stayed in my Whole life!!!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my whole life, they don’t truest their guests
941605325
That day we visited our Lola in Antipolo and decided to check-in sa isang hotel resort in the area. So i booked the same day (March 9, Sat).
We checked in late around 3:30pm. We got a room for 4 pax and we had 2 excess people because they are not decided yet if they will stay overnight including our lola.
This was the start of out worst experiences.
#1. Two hotel staffs accompanied us to the room. To our surprise, they said that they will do the “inventory” in the room. I asked the staff, “why are you doing your inventory just now? We’re so tire and we want to rest.” She said, “this will take few minutes”.
Then she cited all things in the room, “2 remotes, 2 glasses, 2 teaspoon etc.”
I am very surprised on what she did. Citing all things inside the room is intending that they don’t trust the guests. It is very disappointing and offending! It will make you feel that they don’t trust you because “maybe” you will steal it. Then they will make you sign the inventory list.
After that we rested and all fell sleep then this is our next worst experience:
#2 The phone rang loudly and it wake up everyone! They are telling us that our visitor is already overstaying for 2 hours and we should pay. (What kind of hotel is this? they disturbed us from deep sleep and rest for us to
pay for our visitors?! As far as i’ve experienced, all extra costs is being settled on the check out time!)
I went down to the lobby and told everything to the staff but she’s just saying that this is a policy etc. They even took my ID as proof of excess? This is too much!!!!
We were all pisses off, we went out of the hotel and go back to our lola’s house. They got some clothes because she’ll be staying overnight.
Then the 3rd worst experience happen again upon entering:
# The guards said “Can i see all your
stamps? You were the team that has excess right?” (OMG! All of them are aware! What a good investigating team it is!)
Since our visitors are staying, I go straight to the to be accompanied by the staff IF they will assist with the luggage etc. But here, the staff holds the keycard and they are the one who opened the door. That’s a red flag already! Plus doing the inventory is TAKING our time of paid stay! Plus the intension is very wrong and offending, like they dont trust the guests by citing all things even the teaspoon!!!! OMG. Given that we can afford to book in a hotel, meaning we’re not iliterate. Its automatoc that we should not steal!
2.If there are items that are not free, they should post the prices on the wall, no need to orient it .
It’s automatic.
3.If they have concerns on additional costs, we have provided the security deposit and all hotels are billing it on the check out time! not calling to bill!!!! What kind of management they have? Calling while their guests are resting?
Breakfast doesnt taste good. the meat is so hard and cannot chew well. The restau doesnt look clean as well.
Staffs are not well trained for hospitality and good treatment.
Management should improve alot!
Will surely not be back again nor i dont recommend this to anyone!
