A Perfect Oasis
The resort pool and beach views are breathtaking and the guest villas are very spacious and elegantly designed. Food is great as well as the spa. Customer service is excellent especially with the warm hospitality of the Front Office officer, Melanie; Marketing Manager, Rome Torres; the restaurant attendant, Shoji; lifeguard, Carl; and driver, Albert. This is a great place for reflection and relaxation.

Misibis Getaway
We had a pleasant 2night stay at Misibis Bay.
Check in /out process was okay.
Most of my requests prior to arrival were provided. Thanks so much!
Rooms were clean & comfortable to sleep in.
Food spread at breakfast though very limited were tasty.
Kudos to the staff- most were helpful and polite.
Need improvement on the cleanliness of common areas.
The pool & playground near our room needs cleaning too.
Maybe fix the orientation of the shower door in the room. It would be better if it opens outward or install a sliding door instead.
✅️ Tip: if travelling with an elderly, request a ground floor room- the property doesn't have an elevator.

Tranquil paradise of Bicol Region
Location is a perfect couple getaway for relaxation and tranquil experience by the sea. The atmosphere is surrounded by the greens of nature....the room is superb as well as all the amenities that will make your stay truly enjoyable. The service, staff and food are truly amazing. The value for money is just right for the quality that you'll get to experience in this paradise. We've had a very meaningful 15th year anniversary.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option).
Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins.
One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.
