A famous hotel in Baguio

There seems to be two parts of the hotel. The original and the new or "extension". We stayed in the "new". Don't know really because everything looked quite dated to me. The selling point is location and price. Shower was warm but barely powerful. Bed was OK. Location is excellent near SM and Session Road.
Check in was flawless. Parking available. Breakfast was not for me. Half of the 6 local choices were unavailable. There are noodles for sale and coffee is free. Overall a recommended hotel for budget minded guests.

Formerly BaliHai Resort

Was surprised to find the Old BaliHai was now an extension of the Hotel 45 located next door.
Not stayed there for seven years and last time because room was so dilapidated moved elsewhere.
Big change as this time our room although not perfect was very adequate and comfortable.
The other amenities remain much as I remembered them with little change.
Very few people were staying so it was nice and quite.
Pool was very clean and the grounds were nicely kept.
Restaurant had not changed much even though the menu had and the food was a little disappointing.
I am sure ,however, that the new owner will continue his improvements and I will certainly stay there again in the future.
This was hotel four on my Bucket List trip around Luzon.
