The stay was unacceptable due to a complete failure in basic hospitality, hygiene, and safety standards.
The experience fell completely short of acceptable hospitality standards, with major issues regarding basic facilities, hygiene, and guest safety.
There were several critical failures during my visit:
Communication & Safety Risks: The property does not provide actual telephones, relying solely on WhatsApp. This is a massive safety hazard because the internet connection is constantly interrupted. In the event of an emergency, guests are left completely stranded with no dependable way to communicate or call for help.
Poor Bathroom Conditions: The bathroom facilities were entirely inadequate. There was no hot water, and the shower's water pressure was exceptionally weak. Furthermore, the shower curtains were visibly moldy, which is unhygienic and unacceptable.
Unsanitary Linens: The towels provided were dingy, stained, and looked as though they had not been properly bleached or sanitized in a very long time.
Property Maintenance & Pest Hazards: Dirty dishes from other guests were left sitting on the floor. This reflects a severe lack of property management and creates an obvious and highly unsanitary invitation for pests.

People working there are top notch great pool area some of the things there are a little tired and need some TLC

Unsatisfied client
As a unit owner, I am unsatisfied with the services we received. The unit is still not ready considering late check in. Overused towels and toiletries upon request. Rugs are left on the chair. Bugs are on the sink. Doors can't be closed properly. Broken window blinds. Broken bathtub and corroded shower fixture. We hope the management can check the whole premise.

Staff were helpful and courteous.
Room was awful. We booked premium room, but the room was terrible. It did not look similar to the picture that was advertised. The 3rd floor carpeting in the corridor was stained with pet urine and smelled awful. The elevator was tight and looked like it needed maintaining. We found pet excrement in carpeting. The room smelled smoke in a non smoking room and smells pet urine. The curtains were black in color where the original color was suppose to be white and appeared moldy. The bathroom floor tiles were moldy. Bedsheets appeared clean.
No telephone in the room but you are asked to communicate by WhatsApp or Viber. I communicated through WhatsApp about a change in room but no reply even after checkout. We had to finally go to reception the next day prior to checkout to ask for another room. After much discussions, we were given a new room in the 4th floor. The new room was updated and cleaner. No clothes iron nor hair dryer in the room. Buy when requested, staff were able to accommodate right away.
Check in seemed to take a long time. Checkout was ok. Seems there is only 1 staff in the reception area and security had to find someone to help during checkout. Perhaps staffing should be managed better by management.
