There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. We assumed they had those, so we didn’t bring any and just bought some here. For the daily trash collection, it takes them a long time—we even end up going down to ask for toiletries ourselves. Their breakfast options are either sardines or corned beef, and they don’t fry them. Poor customer service and cleanliness. 😔

the smell of chlorine are all over the place. some trash is not properly cleaned and low house keeping services. but in contrast with these comments location and cleanlines of the place are intact

After arriving we were told that due to renovations we had been rebooked to My Stay Hotel beside SM Mall. This ended up being a blessing as we were happy with the convenience of the location for shopping and dining. There was parking out front of the hotel supervised at night by a security guard. The room was very clean and we were very happy with it. The breakfast included made it a wonderful stay for the price. I would recommend.

The hotel has a good location and for the value is just okay. Although, they have to really improve their service, especially in the reception. The frontliner should and must learn to be courteous and mindful. They are working in hospitality industry, they have to learn the basics.
As for the breakfast, pretty the same everyday. But we truly appreciate the accomodation that comes with breakfast. The room was clean, however the airconditioner is very loud. All in all, for the location definitely recommended.
