Hotel breaks hotel policy and leaves customer hanging

I booked the hotel through Agoda with a no show policy which entails a 50% refund of the paid amount for march 28-30, 2025.
My flight got cancelled so I contacted the hotel by email if I could get a full refund and also Agoda send an email about the matter. Then I have sent several emails, but unfortunately the hotel nver replied.
Agoda also could not contact the hotel and said they could do nothing about that I did not get the 50% refund of the paid amount.
All in all, never book this hotel, coz once they have your money, they do not respond to any email and leave you hanging, although you are in your right.
Avoid at all cost.
