Heaven

This was one of the best stays of my honeymoon trip. We stayed at one of the chalet's and it was very cute and roomy. Very clean too. We had access to two pools and one of them had two very big slides. They had a restaurant at the big hotel to feed us. It was very good with lots of choices. At night, the lizards come out and crawl around outside on the ceilings everywhere. They won't harm you, but it was something to see since I was not a local. A typhoon hit while we slept and caused our flight to be missed until the next day. They were very accommodating to put us up another night which made us happy. There are lots of walking areas and it is very romantic if you are with your honey! We also took pictures inside the main hotel as it was gorgeous! I will stay here again if in Cagayan de Oro. So beautiful and fun!

Pretentious

The security by the reception did not help us with our luggage. The breakfast personnel did not offer options to our participants despite that options are part of our package. The restaurant also did not refill the food for what is supposedly buffet meals during our conference. Cakes were too sweet.
It is also offensive to see unpaid members listed publicly.

needs improvement

we stayed overnight for the prom event of my niece. the room and chalet we stayed was a bit vintage in my view.. this place needs to update it.. tv was still box type with cable..many mosquitoes..poor lighting yellow.. it feels like you are in a cabin horror film... also when you strall at night it was so dark outside.. you feel you can step in a snake without knowing..
on a positive note rooms are clean also the bathroom..

No consideration.

we went there at 12:30 pm. We are hoping we can go for early check in as most hotels do when the room is already available. Still they told us that we can check in at 2pm even though we have kids with us and asking us a payment of 600 if we wanted too. Then for swimming rate they charge 275 per person all the while i thought it has 2 adult and 2 kids free. Still they charge the kids.
No consideration at all. The room smells paint that caused my kids to have an asthma. Poor customer service!

Delightful enough

Ridgeview Chalet is located inside a premium residential area in Uptown CDO. It boasts in humility that undeniably relaxing vibe of the entire place.
Rooms are spacious and has the cool vintage feel. It gives you the homy feeling - which other hotels don't exactly get. The shower heater is perfect having a roommate, I thought it was wise to have the toilet and shower in separate rooms. Staff are friendly as well.
Stay at Ridgeview if you want excellent amenities - pool, gym, basketball courts. The slight improvement it could use is with the in-room internet connection.
I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
