Worst hotel I ever stayed at booked and paid for two nights left after the first night.

oI boked the Deluxe double room - but when we checked in they assainged us to the Standard room and when we pointed out the differIn a word AWFUL. The room smelled of mold the minute I entered my asthma began to give me trouble the moment I entered. The key to unlock the door did not work. As a result we had to heve someone come up to the 8th floor to open the door to let us in the room every time we went out. The staff is very unfriendly and not at all willing to be at all helpful.
We booked online through Expedia. The pictures show three different classes:
Standard double room - Deluxe double room -even after we pointed out the difference in rooms they still refused to give my wife and I what we paid for.

The staff are amazing and I really liked the room cable tv, wifi didn't play up once and could get connection anywhere I was in the hotel, nice to see slippers as well and the bed was so comfortable!The location was close to plenty of food places and a convenient store where I could get toiletries, water etc...will definitely stay again! Also the all day breakfast is great! if you cannot be bothered going anywhere to eat go to level 9.

My laptop would not connect to wifi. moved to another room it was still very slow. Plus the TV had a blown speaker could not een watch TV
