Awesome Breakfast Staff - Ray, Divine and Niño

We were impressed with the hospitality of the Dining Room staff especially Ray, Divine and Niño. We had an awesome breakfast experience because of them. Overall, a really great resort.

Amazing Experience

I had an amazing stay at BE Resorts. Everything was well-prepared, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating. Wherever I went, whenever I needed assistance, the team was always ready to address my concerns and provide excellent service.
I would like to commend several staff members who made our stay even more enjoyable: Charlie, the lifeguard, who was very approachable and helpful; John from Concierge; Greg from Housekeeping; Nicil from Engineering, who promptly fixed an issue with our TV; Lloyd from Salt, who took great care of us during breakfast; Chef Neil; Keith and Bert from Engineering.
Special thanks as well to Ms. Cecille from the Front Office, who was pleasant, attentive, and always willing to assist with our needs.
Our stay was truly enjoyable and memorable. We are grateful for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service we received. We will definitely be coming back and will gladly recommend BE Resorts to our friends and family who are planning their vacations.
