Mama Leny 60th Birthday!

Great experience and service! We were able to check-in early without additional charge, got our requested room, and good food is back! And lastly, our birthday event was 11/10 since everything went as planned.

Not everything that glitters is gold.

good Location, not far from airport, white taxi 220 pesos, offer from hotel 1200 php minimum. nice resort, 3 good pools, good service, but crowded full of daytour guests mostly filipinos, noisy. at weekends party for birthdays or marriage or others. beach is good looking but stinks at lowtide. not good for swimming. many attractions. all here is overpricing. Rooms are ok but old. Restaurant not good but expensive and lot of mosquitoes. only breakfast buffet is best. many could be much better

Didn't like the breakfast , otherwise a mid experience

While the initial impression was quite good but there are the goods and some not so good. Its a huge property and mostly fully booked. We were in the cottage style room Amuma spa over looking the swimming pool. There are 3 swimming pools. Their check out time is a bit early 11am. We requested for an hr extension which was granted , later extended 2 more hours on payment . the main restaurant where the buffets are,is Allegro , we ordered Ala Carte for early dinner , Food was Mid not much to our liking . Since the resort is huge if you ask for something it will take a long time , hence we went out to the nearby convenience store and bought water for us . Save more is also 500 meters away . the ambience and feel of the place was nice , the private beach is small and its a bay area what l understood. Room was big and there were 2 double beds and they were comfortable . big bathroom with tub . there are Hammocks and swings in the property . Spa was exorbitantly priced inside the property but there are many good ones around the area , you have to pay by cash though in most . breakfast was quite disappointing for us . there was no pescatarian option , in a beach resort. There was the dry fish danggit, and not everyone has dry fish in breakfast . there was twinings English breakfast tea , which was the only saving grace for me .ln omelette station , the omelette was half done which was not to my liking ,even after explaining , that l want very well made omelette. Allegro is open for room service 24/7 but they don't have much options to offer and the property charges you for bringing outside food so grab delivery wasn't an option either although in that area there were numerous good restaurants .

Good facilities, but sea side is disappointing

The rooms (Executive Deluxe) were nice, spacious and clean. Food at the restaurants was good and reasonably priced.
They have 3 pools, nice looking, but the water quality was not very clear.
The beach and the sea was the most disappointing part of the resort: water is not clear (you must swim outside of the allowed boundaries to find some clear water). During the low tide in the evening somewhere the sea water is a bit smelly too. The "private island" in front is fake (made of cement) and the facilities on it are rusty and rotten (they are refurbishing it now). So, do not believe to the beautiful pictures you find on the websites, the reality is slightly different.
If they improve the sea side it would be a great resort.

I am ready for another vacation

We had a fantastic family vacation! We snorkeled in beautiful, clear waters, visited a stunning waterfall, swam with whale sharks alongside our four-year-old, and enjoyed delicious food. I can't wait to return and stay at one of their other locations for new adventures. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. They truly make you feel welcome.
