Great pool, great service. But if you are looking for a peaceful quiet vacation this is not the spot. The signs and house rules say quite time after 10- the first night there were a few rooms partying until 3 am outside and in the pool, the second night as well but until we went out at 1 and they finally became more quiet. There is ZERO sound proofing barriers

Breakfast was worst although P250.
Beach was only coral and rock, no sand.
Without asking, they didn’t change towels and clean up room.
Bed foam was thin and right so easy to move.
We had to go to Mactan New Town at least we take lunch and dinner.

This place has so many rules it is like a cross of a prison and a retirement home.

It was a nice property, we felt safe because it was gated and it was very quiet. There is not much around. We ordered grab for our food. The room itself was in ok condition. The hot water did not work in our shower. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed the stay
