After we checked in, my girlfriend and I found the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was promptly replaced and things were back in order. The bed could’ve had a thicker mattress and the room didn’t have a tv, otherwise we were pleased with the room.
We enjoyed the delicious room service meal during our evening, and the grounds and beach were very nice and clean.

Almost Paradise

Beach-wise, it's really nice, but when it comes to service, they always fall short.
It has improved a bit, as staff now know how to apologize, but management should really invest in some proper training. Unfortunately, it seems like they just don't care.
That said, I'd like to thank Justine, Pearl, and the lady in the restaurant who were genuinely trying to provide good service. Their efforts were appreciated.

Nice location
Great staff EXEPT IN THE KITCHEN. I had the worst ever Ceasars salad. Other meals were not much better.
Bit of a rip off charging 5% service and P350 if you take your own wine.
RUN DOWN RESORT, see pics, the whole place is decaying away.
