Exceptional Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and every detail made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
A special thank you to Ruth, the front desk attendant, who truly stood out. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Her warm smile, efficiency, and willingness to help made check-in seamless and made us feel valued as guests. It’s employees like Ruth who leave a lasting impression and make a great hotel experience even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service. We look forward to staying here again and will gladly recommend Dusit Thani to our family and friends.

House Keeping
I had an amazing 6-day stay at Dusit Thani, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping it clean, fresh, and tidy every single day. I also appreciated their thoughtful initiative of adding extra floor mats, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The biggest surprise was on my birthday. I came back to my room and found a beautiful birthday cake made out of towels. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that truly made my day.
A special thank you to Dindo and Errah from the housekeeping team for the wonderful birthday surprise and for always taking such great care of my room. Your kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service made my stay even more memorable.

Amazing experience!
Went here as the final part of my Cebu vacation and I’m glad I did! The staff were all nice and accommodating, they made sure we were all comfortable. The pool and the beach look amazing during the sunset - the highlight of my trip. The breakfast buffet was also overwhelming in a good way- there were a lot of food choices and so much attention was given to guests in terms of what’s needed. Thank you Dusit Thani Mactan!

First timer and stunned ✨
First time here, joining my sister’s company’s (CTC BPO) summer outing. Very amazed with the overall experience. The whole resort is spacious, relaxing, and clean. Not to mention, the staffs are courteous and accommodating.

Wonderful Staff, Pool Needs Repair
We had an enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurants were also excellent, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere.
The only downside was the swimming pool. Many of the pool tiles are chipped and worn, and unfortunately they caused scratches on us while swimming. It seems overdue for maintenance, and for guest safety I hope the hotel updates and repairs the pool soon.
With improvements to the pool, this would be an even better place to stay.
