Not cleaning the room with our 2 nights and 3 days stay lacking amenities no restaurant not even offer you water or coffee they should have ref because there’s no restaurant no elevator we to take our luggage to 3rd floors …toilets or washrooms are horrible water is everywhere when you take a shower it’s very dangerous of slipping a I’m very disappointed

The staff are way too nice and very polite! I stayed here for 9days. But my concern here is no fridge inside the room, no floor mat you just have to ask to the receptionist for it, they don't have blowers also. They don't have bottled water. You just have to go down on the ground flr to take water. And the hotel checkout must be 12:00nn and it shouldn't be extended compared to other hotels! They will extend you like for up until 2-3pm! But in this hotel NO! ₱150 per hour! Also my concern was their aircon way too noisy!!! Really NOISY!!!😭 I can't even sleep in 2-3days stay in the room! Window type😭 Also there's no Mugs for coffee inside the room! There is no plates,glass,spoon,fork,spoon! You will buy their disposable cups,spoon and fork! And there is no ELECTRIC HEAT KETTLE😭 What I've experience in this is quiet BAD! I didn't expect that everything inside the hotel is almost nothing!😭 My concern also from this hotel! You just have to ask the hotel staff to clean the room because they don't have any MAKE-UP ROOM/DO NOT DISTURB HOTEL sign TAGS! Im frustrated of what I've experienced😭 You must leave the key card to and ask the receptionist to clean the room 😭! I feel like it's not really hotel vibes! What's good in here is only the receptionist and staffs! I hope this hotel will improve in the future!

**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! 🚫🏨**
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was appalling— the front desk staff were incredibly rude. My room was dirty, with cockroaches scuttling across the floors and in the restrooms. To make matters worse, the toilet paper was nearly gone, the beds felt like something out of a prison cell, and the pillows reeked of smoke. The towels were embarrassingly small.
Additionally, the surrounding area was a major concern; it felt unsafe and resembled a slum, almost like a drug den. Please, do yourself a favor and do not book a stay here!

Shower curtain bottom part dirty. Shower head very trucky to use. It aims only to the wall. O had a hatd time keeping the spray inside the bathing area.
